Quiet Hours for High Anxiety
Justin Mund, DDS, and our team provide quiet hours in the morning to help children with special needs feel comfortable in our dental office. Our differently-abled Smile Ninjas can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere without stress, allowing any of our expert special needs dentists to perform the treatments your child may need.
We offer weighted blankets to help special-needs children and adults feel secure in our dental office. At Smile Ninja Dental & Orthodontics in Fort Worth, our team of Special Needs Dentists collaborates with parents and caregivers to understand each patient’s unique needs. We can usually provide special accommodations to ensure the best care. This may include allowing a favorite blanket into the exam room, following a specific routine, giving time to relax, counting teeth, singing a particular song, or exploring nitrous oxide or sedation dentistry options.
Most of our staff at Smile Ninja Dental & Orthodontics in Fort Worth, are parents themselves, and we understand that all children are unique. Behavioral problems are not an issue for our expert special needs dentists.
