Terms & Conditions

• Memberships are per child and non-transferable.
• The $10 sibling discount applies only to same-household children whose memberships are purchased on the same day.
• The annual fee is a one-time payment, valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Cannot be combined with insurance, other discount plans, promotions, or financing.
• All payments are due at the time of service.
• No refunds for unused benefits.
